Patty has been a partner on a successful team with Cleme Rinehart and Andrea Phelps since 2001. The team is focused on customer service and professional representation. Patty's strength is her tenacity and attention to detail. Known for her high energy, focus and integrity, Patty brings a long history of sales and management experience to Windermere. A true believer in relationship building, Patty does what it takes to enhance the team and its effort to help clients achieve their goals. Commitment to Community

Patty has lived in the Bend area since 1989 and has served the community in many ways. She has been Program Chair for the Network of Entrepreneurial Women, an organization dedicated to women in business. She spent several years as a member of Quota Club International. Currently she is an active member of the Greater Bend Rotary Club participating on several committees which serve local and International needs. She currently serves on the membership committe for Economic Development for Central Oregon and board member for Nomad Charitites, focused currently on building an orphanage in Kenya. She also serves as a committee member of Government Affairs Committee for Central Oregon Association of Realtors.

Personal

Patty grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area where she earned a BSc degree from UC Davis after studying at the University of Leeds in England. Fascinated with how different life is elsewhere, an adventurous solo tour to the former Soviet Union made a lasting impression. Having learned that balance in life is all-important, she enjoys life in Bend with her husband, two children two labs and four cats. She is an avid hiker taking time to appreciate the beauty her community has to offer. She enjoys reading, soccer, photography and time with her kids and friends.

Andrea began her Real Estate career in 1999. During that time, she has represented both buyers and sellers helping them to obtain their real estate goals. She is now partnered with Cleme Rinehart and Patty Dempsey. The Rinehart, Dempsey and Phelps Group is committed to continuing the high level of service for which it is known. Andrea's credentials include Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).

Active in the Community

Andrea is currently on the Economic Development for Central Oregon (EDCO) membership committee. EDCO works to both strengthen and diversify the regional economy.

Personal

Andrea and her husband moved to Bend from Portland. They both enjoy being outdoors, spending time with friends and family and enjoying great restaurants.

Experienced Professional

Cleme began her real estate career in 1980. During the past 27 years, she has represented many buyers and sellers, helping them attain their real estate goals. She is now partnered with Patty Dempsey and Andrea Phelps. The Rinehart, Dempsey and Phelps Group is committed to continuing the high level of service for which it is known. Cleme is a graduate of University of Oregon and studied at Portland State University in the MBA program. Her real estate credentials include Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Broker license, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Advanced training in commercial investment real estate.

Industry Involvement

During her career, Cleme has been actively involved in the professional real estate associations, with a strong commitment to uphold private property rights. In 1987, she was elected President of the Central Oregon Association of Realtors. In 1992, the association members honored her with the prestigious "Realtor of the Year" award.

Personal & Community Activities

Cleme has shown a strong tie with the Central Oregon Community. She is a member of the Greater Bend Rotary. She has served on non-profit boards and is active with the Rotary Foundation and Windermere Foundation. Cleme is a native Oregonian and grew up in Lake Oswego. She is an active equestrian, enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time with family, friends and pets.
